Er. Vikram Jeet Singh is a Research Scholar at Department of Computer Science, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He is a B.Tech (honours) in Information Technology from the HP University Institute of Information Technology, Shimla. He was presented with the ‘Best in Computer Science-ISC 2006’ award at St.Edward’s School, Shimla by the Hon’ble CM of HP Sh. Virbhadra Singh. He has been associated with Microsoft India as a Microsoft Student Partner, being the first one to be selected ever in HP. In spite of getting multiple job offers from reputed multi-national companies, he opted for further studies. He is the only candidate to have qualified for JRF in the UGC-NET exam held in December 2012 from HPU in the subject Computer Science & Applications.
